Measure a load's worth of laundry detergent into the bottle and mark it with a permanent marker, so it's a breeze to ensure the proper amount used next time.
Even better: if the pill bottle fits, it can be inserted into the machine's detergent tray to dispense the perfect amount of detergent -- without making a giant mess. Great for teaching kids how to do laundry!
2.
No need to shop for travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer or lotion -- just fill the pill bottle and you're good to go! (If you're flying, don't forget to check current TSA rules regarding liquids in carry-on baggage.)
3.
A little bling goes a long way toward creating a bedazzled bottle to hold vitamins, buttons or quarters for the laundromat.
4.
Leak-proof pill bottles are perfect for storing salad dressing to take on picnics or bring with homemade lunches, ensuring crisp salad every time. If portion control is necessary, simply measure out the correct quantity.
5.
Pill bottles make great cookie cutters; the mouths of the bottles are perfectly round, and the tall bottle is easy to grip. Great for small cookies.
6.
A pill bottle is perfectly sized to store bobby pins. No more getting lost at the bottom of a drawer!
7.
Store a spare key in a weather-proof pill bottle, and you can hide it anywhere! Glue a rock to the lid for added camouflage.
